We Run The City-podcast

Together with We Run The City we produce a podcast series for their runners to use in their individual training. The podcast guides you through warming up, endurance and tempo blocks and intervals during a training. The podcast provides music in the right step frequency, pace and entertainment to make your run easier and healthier. We already released 14 training podcasts for the beginners course and 14 training podcasts for the beginners 'take it easy' course. At the moment we're working on 14 new episodes for intermediate runners which will be released in September 2024!

In 2020 - in the middle of the lockdown - we released our first album with Sone. Our goal was to provide an effective and healthy program for an intermediate runner who wants to do a weekly training with music as tailwind and guide. Together with Hardlopen Amsterdam we designed a training with various parts. Warming Up and Zone 3 should give you comfort and a relaxed feel, whereas Interval, Zone 4 and Final Stretch will get you running faster and going little deeper than you usually would on your individual training.
